#150 two bean and two lime salad

This was a good one! Fairly easy for Ottolenghi, a paste of aromatics is tossed with blanched beans and topped with lime juice. I loved the combination of kaffir lime, chili, mint and edamame together. The blanched green beans were nice too, but the edamame has this smooth, savory quality that went perfectly with those aromatic flavors. Highly recommend this one.
