#149 sumac martini

@mrslenguicooksottolenghi inspired me to make sumac martinis from Nopi! I had to hunt down velvet falernium, a liquor from the Caribbean, which has lime and warm spices. This was mixed with sumac infused vodka from @dunordspirits which is right down the street from us, pomegranate juice, lime juice and then topped with more sumac. It is so good, tart but not overly sweet.
