#152 lima bean mash with muhammara

I made this dish so we could have some protein on our seder table. It was a controversial addition because it has beans it it, but after some research we decided that we should accept beans for passover. It's a delicious combination of a lima bean, hummus like puree with a blend of roasted red pepper, balsamic, garlic, thyme and walnuts. If you haven't tried making muhammara you should put this one on your list!
