#153 broccolini with soy sauce, garlic and peanuts

After two weeks of travel and almost no cooking, I was so excited to eat some vegetables. This easy recipe was a great place to start. The broccolini was steamed and then tossed with a dressing of honey, soy, ginger and garlic, then topped with some toasted peanuts. So “simple” and good.
