#49 iranian vegetable stew with dried lime

This recipe was kind of meh to me. I was excited to experiment with the ingredients like barberries and dried limes, but I thought whole thing did not have very complex flavors. Kind of just tasted like a vegetable stew that was too heavy on potato. I ate this with large dollops of yogurt to make it more interesting.
