#48 paprika oven fries

I make oven fries all the time, so it's excited to try this recipe. I liked the addition of the semolina to add a little bit of extra crunch, but overall I wasn't able to get these crisp enough, at least on the first go. I'm going to reheat them tomorrow and see how they do. The flavor of the two kinds of paprika and garlic was surprisingly complex, just add lots of salt.
