roasted cauliflower and ricotta grandma pie

I made homemade ricotta for this pizza. The comments contained some helpful tips, namely that there were way too much breadcrumbs, so I halved it and there were still too many! I liked it overall but didn’t love. I would skip the breadcrumbs all together, and use more roasted garlic, more lemon, maybe no capers. But that’s just me.
