chili oil garlic butter pasta

this is basically a take on the fusion-y san fransisco garlic noodles that are having a moment right now. instead of oyster sauce and fish sauce, you use soy sauce and chili crisp, along with honey, soy sauce, garlic, butter, parmesan and chives. it was very good, lots of savoriness, but too spicy for my taste buds. j really did like this one though.
