#38 carmargue red rice and quinoa with orange and pistachio

How often do you make an Ottolenghi recipe and not have to buy a single ingredient? I think I was close on this one, the only thing I had to get were the dried apricots. I had the red rice around for another recipe that I haven't even made yet. I'm somewhat obsessed with Ottolenghi grain salads and this one did not disappoint. It also made me discover how delicious dried Turkish apricots are.
