this quiche is very similar to the artichoke tart that i also recently made. this one is way more funky, stilton is some strong stuff. quince paste was a great touch. my crust didn’t turn out as well this time even though i used the same recipe, so obviously was error on my part. did really enjoy this dish, but wouldn’t want more than one piece of it at a time because of how strong it is.
