nutritional yeast vinaigrette

i’ve recently started watching carla’s youtube channel. i was never a big bon apetite fan but some of her veg recipes are appealing to me. she majorly hyped up this dressing in the video, and i have to say it was pretty good. maybe not best ever, but very savory and satisfying. i feel like nutritional yeast is an ingredient that had its heyday in 2010. i probably stopped using it because in the wrong application, it is pretty terrible, but here in a umami rich vinaigrette it really works. i would definitely recommend making at a scaled down size.
