i saw this salad on the r/cookbooklovers subreddit, and added it to my list of salad ideas to try. it is from mandy’s salads cookbook, which is also a chain in canada. it was also the first thing i made when i came back from my norway vacation. it was delicious, as promised. the honey mustard dressing was sweet, savory and creamy, and was delicious doused all over the corn, broccoli, sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, arugula, lettuce and pita chips. the pita chips were a great salad topping, they added so much extra crunch. i definitely recommend trying this one.
