creamy deli style pasta salad

from not another cooking show

this recipe was simple enough to make while on the reservation, with limited grocery access. it has a lot of veggies and isn’t swimming in mayo, so it’s really good. i think some added mustard might be good. the first time i made it as instructed with spiral pasta, but i felt like the size of the pasta was so much bigger than the chopped veggies, so the second time i made it with elbow macaroni. i thought that was the perfect pasta shape.
