wedge salad with bacon and feta cream

i made this simple salad out at a house in palm springs with my family, to serve on the side of some burgers. it was okay, the dressing was not as flavorful as i would’ve liked. the pickled onions were a nice touch, and i did sub avocado for bacon. maybe in 2023, i just don’t want to eat iceberg lettuce like that.
