#154 roasted asparagus with buttered almonds, capers and dill

I was trying to wait until local asparagus is in season for this one, but I made with the regular TJ’s bag because I needed something vegetal, quick and easy for dinners this week. Despite its simplicity, the combination of butter, toasted almond, capers and dill provides plenty of flavor for the grocery store staple. I have a feeling I will start seeing this recipe all over instagram in a few weeks.
