#64 green beans with freekeh and tahini

from Plenty More

I've been on a busy inpatient month at the hospital with no time to cook, and on top of that J was off for two weeks on vacation, so I had no extra bellies to feed. When he came back today, I came home after a long day to this tasty dish. It was exciting because he used something from the garden for the first time this year: fresh chervil. It was my first time trying chervil and also freekeh, some kind of middle eastern grain. This dish didn't seem to have the most positive reviews but the combo of tahini, garlic, spice and herb was fresh and flavorful and the blanched beans were cooked perfectly.
