#65 sweet broccolini with tofu, sesame and cilantro

from The Cookbook

This recipe easily could have come from simple! It was so easy to put together. The sauce was a simple mix of dark sweet soy sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce. You have to marinate the tofu batons for about a half an hour, blanch the broccoli, then basically fry the tofu and throw everything together. I topped it with sesame and cilantro. I have to admit this was a little spicy for my taste buds, but the flavor was surprisingly complex for so few ingredients.
