#63 pizza bianca with potato, anchovy and sage

Made this for the triumphant return of pizza Friday. It is a delicious combination of marscapone, lemon zest, anchovy, fresh sage and potatoes. With this combination, you get all the savoriness from the anchovy with the fishiness taken away by the lemon. This is the greasiest pizza I've ever made, that marscapone had a ton of fat to release! I used my own pizza dough recipe because I've got it down to perfection (#pizziola), but other than that I made as directed.
