#215 pita

i’ve made several different pita recipes and this is one of the better ones. i can never seem to get 100% of the pitas to puff up, but about 75% did here and i was happy with that. either way, they taste really good! i love that this one incorporates wheat flour for a little extra flavor. i used my pizza steel instead of an upside down pan, because that only made sense.
