rick bayless’s just posted this recipe on his youtube channel, and with that amount of cheese i had to try it. you make a filling from sauteed onion, tomato, pobalno, serrano, garlic, shrimp, cilantro tomato paste and worcestershire sauce, and then stuff it into a corn tortilla with a ton of mexican melting cheese. the result is a crispy, delicious savory taco.
