#257 focaccia

from the cookbook

i wanted to make some bread for sandwiches, and this focaccia recipe was next on my ottolenghi list. it was very easy by my standard, and the bread turned out nicely. i don’t eat a ton of focaccia, so i’m not exactly an expert, but it was a little bit tender but more than enough to hold up to hearty sandwiches. i love the amount of surface area it gives you to spread on mustard or other condiments. there are three different suggested toppings that i will need to try for next time.
