#118 kohlrabi salad

This is one of the few Ottolenghi recipes I've made in the past month - being on the night shift isn't conducive to maintaining your hobbies and routines. This salad had big chicks of kohlrabi and watercress leaves coated in a thick dressing with every dairy product available plus lemon and sumac. Can't say I was crazy about it but the extra dressing was tasty mopped up with some bread.
