#117 tomato, semolina and cilantro soup

I've been working the night shift this month and haven't had time to cook many recipes, yet alone be awake during the day. So it really felt great this afternoon to be cooking in the kitchen in the daylight. Especially when a recipe turned out as fantastic as this one did. Tomato soup is obviously a classic, and this recipe has a few delicious twists: cilantro, a hefty dose of coriander, paprika and cumin add citrusy and warm notes, while semolina is used to thicken the soup, giving it an incredibly hearty texture without the heaviness of cream. I loved this recipe, I think it should be famous.
