#119 fennel and feta with pomegranate seeds and sumac

Put this one in the catagory of recipes I wouldn't have tried if I wasn't cooking through a cookbook. But this is the fun of it, I am forced to gain more of an appreciation for crunchy, liquorice-tinged fennel when it's paired with ingredients I love: pomegranate, feta, dill and lemon. This was a nice one to make to get over the end of the farmers market season. We can still have fresh, crunchy things in the winter! ❄️
