#86 quinoa and grilled sourdough salad

I realized as I was assembling this that it's a basic mid east salad with quinoa and bread, and that's definitely not a bad thing. It was a perfect recipe to display my beautiful tomatoes, sweet onions, cucumbers and parsley from the farmers market. Mint and cilantro came from my garden. The best part of the salad was the crunchy sourdough that absorbed the the delicious dressing and tomato juice.
