#87 marinated buffalo mozzarella and tomato

Sure, this doesn't even seem like a recipe. But the combination of toasted fennel seeds, lemon zest, oregano, fresh basil, garlic and olive oil on top of some ultra fresh mozzarella with peak season tomatoes on the side is pretty phenomenal. The otherwise open-minded J doesn't like raw tomato, so he said "the mozzarella was good." It's going to be a rough month or two for him.
