#85 tomato and watermelon gazpacho

This was delicious! I really wasn't even sure if I would like a cold tomato soup, but the watermelon made it. Good summer tomatoes from the farmers market were definitely key, as was a good sprinkle of salt and pepper. The crouton topping is seasoned with vinegar to really play up the tart flavors, the only downside to the recipe is you end up having to turn on the oven for them for what is otherwise a perfect no cook recipe.
