toum grilled cheese

this was such a good idea! instead of buttering bread for a grilled cheese, this recipe uses toum, an emulsion of oil, lemon and garlic, given it a super garlicky punch. munster cheese and cornichons add some extra character, jack cheese would probably be good too. i used homemade bread to make the best sandwich possible. and then for extra garlic you drip the whole thing in more toum.
