#235 yogurt cheese with tomatoes

no online recipe for this one. i have seen multiple recipes for yogurt cheese balls, but this one was a little different in that the yogurt was cooked before it was strained. it yielded a very mild, slightly dry cheese, somewhat like ricotta. i loved the colorful spices that they were rolled in - nigella, dried mint, oregano, paprika, aleppo and caraway. I need to try the other recipe on my list from Molly Yeh to compare, but it would be fun to experiment with different spices.
