#159 cauliflower, grape and cheddar salad

Here’s an Ottolenghi recipe I’ve been wanting to make for awhiles because it has no specialty ingredients! Okay it does have Sherry vinegar, but that was already in my pantry. And it has mature cheddar, but if I can get that at Aldi does it really count? Cauliflower is roasted and then tossed with crushed hazelnuts, grapes, crumbled cheddar and plenty of parsley. I felt that the hazelnuts really added something special. Have you tried this one?
