#160 parsley & barley salad

When I took a bite out of this, @flyamese_cat.png could tell that I thought this was super good: “the stank face? that good?” Yes it is. I don’t know what I was expecting, this twist on tabbouleh combines barley pearls, green onion, green pepper, toasted cashew, tons of parsley, lemon and feta marinated in spices and olive oil. The result is a salty, fresh, and utterly satisfying.
