this is one of the most complicated “fancy” slaws in existance - it has savoy cabbage, raddichio, red pepper, red chili, carrot, fennel, dill, parsley, tarragon, tossed in a yogurt dressing and topped with tumeric spiced cashews! i enjoyed the salad a lot, it is fresh, savory, and a little sweet. however, it is quite a bit of effort to throw together and i’d probably take a classic american style one over this on most days.
