this was a tasty and easy asian-inspired salmon recipe. the marinade consists of olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, chinese mustard, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. it tastes super salty on its own, but was perfect on the salmon. i thought the mustard might be really spicy, but i didn’t even notice it in the final flavor (almost would add more). i marinated it for a whole afternoon instead of the half hour recommended. jared cooked the salmon on our new goldilocks stainless steel pan, instead of the recommended non-stick, and it worked great.
