#231 roasted and pickled celeriac with sweet chili dressing

this recipe was too much work! first a whole celery root is roasted and basted for more than two hours, then you cut it up and roast again, pickle celery and celery root, make a sauce that includes a chili oil, and throw it all together with some seedy and herb toppings. it was good but not for that kind of work, and that is all.
