#230 pasta with pecorino and pistachios

this is a fairly easy pasta that i made for a weekday lunch. a quick pesto like concoction is made from anchovy, basil, olive oil and garlic and tossed with slivered peas and trofie pasta that is the perfect size to match them. the pasta finished with a little pasta water, lots of pecorino cheese, basil leaves and chopped pistachio. it is delicious and hearty, would definitely recommend this one.
