These were so good! The dough was a bit like challah, and knowing Molly Yeh that was probably a jumping off point. I loved that it incorporated mustard powder, mustard and mustard seed. They were so good doused in more mustard and also truffle ketchup. J wanted to me to wrap his with cheese and I totally forgot, but I think it would’ve worked. I used field roast to keep it vegetarian.
