chili salt pineapple

A delicious way of eating pineapple, covered in lime juice and dipped in a blend of sugar, salt and chili powder. So easy and bold. The chili mix ratio in the book is:

1 t salt (i used kosher salt)
2 t sugar
1 t kashmiri chili powder

Because I am a whimp when it comes to spice, I would probably dial back on the chili powder next time, but otherwise, it was perfect!
