from green feast spring/summer
i was so excited for this dish, and it was a bit of a letdown. i love gnocchi (i made fresh potato spinach gnocchi just for the occasion), and i love peas, broth, egg yolk and parmesan. but when you put them all together, the end result is bland. the yolk and the parmesan didn’t melt nicely into the broth either. it looks pretty, but definitely not a recipe i’d recommend.
