bryant terry is one of my favorite cookbook authors, and this recipe might be one of my very favorites by him. it is really, so good. it requires making an ingredient ahead of time: pickled mustard greens. but they are so versatile, jared has been putting them on pretty much everything since i made them - as he says, they just add that pickled flavor so many things need. they add amazing depth to this stir fry. this dish also made me realize how much better long beans are than regular green beans. i am lucky that i can get them anytime at a nearby market. unfortunately this recipe isn’t available online, but it’s worth getting the book!
