#166 spring salad

I am making my way through the last handful of recipes from the "tossed" chapter of this cookbook. This was a super tasty salad full of crunchy veggies: asparagus, haricot vert, and spinach, spiced up with shallot, lemon, sesame seeds, red chile and sesame oil. I added edamame instead of fava beans because I honestly like them better and they are so much easier to find. I love eating this kind of dish especially in the summer, it makes me feel healthy and full!
