#52 quinoa salad with dried persian lime

I'm squeezing in a few more winter themed recipes while I wait for fresh local produce. I enjoyed this salad because it was doused heavily in dried lime. As with many Ottolenghi recipes, it's got a garden of fresh herbs including sage, oregano, mint and green onion. I used extra lemon, which seems fair given that one of his cookbooks has a giant lemon on the cover. Salty feta makes the whole dish come together.
