squiglly noodles with parmesan, croutons and parsley

This is another remote food memory dish. Probably around the summer of 2009 I was in New Jersey visiting my friend Juliana, and we went over to her neighbors house and they served this dish. I thought it was from the New York Times, but I could never find it, so I made it from memory. It was so long ago, was the dish even real?
