tuna salad salad

you will never ever, ever ever ever catch me eating canned tuna, but i was watching alison roman’s youtube channel and decided that i very much liked sound of everything else about this salad. so i grabbed my favorite smoked rainbow trout from trader joe’s and got to chopping. the end result was so good, lots of salty, oniony, lemony goodness to balance out the smoked fish. would absolutely recommend (without canned tuna, probably my least favorite ingredient of all time, either that or olives)
