miso-brown-butter pasta with corn

miso and butter are one of the all time great flavor combinations, and i loved the idea of this recipe with one caveat - i hate rice cakes. so i made a simple swap and used pasta from the pantry instead. the result was delicious, filling, and actually the leftovers were perfect for taking to work. i skipped the sesame oil because there was a lot of fat going on already. this dish is my definition of modern comfort food.
