absolutely dreamy chopped salad

the sponsored content got me on this one. i wanted to try humbolt fog cheese, and it really was good. like goat cheese, blue cheese and brie rolled into one. i made a bunch of edits to this salad, different pepper, add onion, no chickpea, but the essence of it is there. i love making big salads like this at home, and will do many different permutations.
