#250 ixta’s biang biang noodles

these were a fun afternoon project, definitely one for an off day. it’s not worth me describing how these noodles are made, much easier to watch a youtube video. it’s easier than it looks, but i will say mine did not stretch out as much as the ones in ixta’s video. i think it’s because the temperature of the house is on the cooler side. the end result still tasted like something from a good chinese restaurant. the noodles are chewier and heartier than the similarly shaped rice noodles.
