another delicious, savory, sorta complicated to make porridge from shelf love! this one is very heavily indian inspired, with mustard seed, cumin, hing, clove, tumeric and coconut milk flavoring the porridge. it is topped with a mix of sauteed corn and peanut and cilantro springs. i found the serving size to be pretty small, and wished i had made the full “serves 4” recipe for 2. a delicious weekend lunch dish!
