#295 lettuce salad

lettuce salad is a little bit of a funny recipe title to me, as it sounds a little bit obvious and plain. but this is a good salad. it has butter lettuce, green leaf, chicory, green onion, radish, capers and semi-dried (ie oven roasted) tomatoes. it has a very simple lemon vinaigrette, and i added a bit of extra lemon. the sweet roasted tomatoes are the star here, but the capers also add a nice touch of salty savoriness.
