#307 riced potato with anchovy butter

this was a little more involved than a mashed potato recipe, but with a very delicious result. this recipe makes way more anchovy butter than you need, but j had no problem eating up the leftovers. the riced potatoes were a nice texture, and the sage and nutmeg worked surprisingly well with everything.
