#273 beet, yogurt and preserved lemon relish

this one was as weird as it sounds: beets in a sauce of tomato and preserved lemon, mixed with yogurt and topped with too many onions as well as dill. it was just a bit too much going on. i actually think it might have been good without the tomato in the sauce, and way less onions. as is, it was too saucy and too much going on. a rare complete ottolenghi miss.
